Postdoctoral reasearcher Getachew Agmuas Adnew receives Outstanding Early Career Scientist Award

Dr. Getachew Agmuas Adnew, a Land-CRAFT affiliated postdoctoral researcher working at the University of Copenhagen, was awarded "The 2025 Biogeoscience Division Outstanding Early Career Scientist award " at the European Geosciences Union General Assembly.

Land-CRAFT affiliated post-doctoral researcher receives The 2025 Biogeoscience Division Outstanding Early Career Scientist award at the EGU General Assembly. Dr. Getachew Agmuas Adnew is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the institute of Geosciences and Natural Resource Management (IGN) at University of Copenhagen. He receives this award on the basis of his previous work at Institute of Marine and Atmospheric research (IMAU) at Utrecht University in the Netherlands. During this work, he was coordinating fundamental research across diverse biomes with advanced applications of stable isotope analysis to develop theoretical insights on biosphere-atmosphere interactions with real world observations.
